You can place an order online, or by telephone, fax or post.   Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Debit Card, American express or cheque.

By Telephone - please call us on 01484 720220 and we will take your order over the telephone.  We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for telephone orders the process is safe and secure using industry leading payment technology hosted by streamline (www.streamline.co.uk).


By Fax - please use the "fax or post order" form (an adobe pdf document) - print off the order form, fill in the details and fax it to us on 01484 400017.


By Post - please use the "fax or post order" form (an adobe pdf document) - print off the order form, fill in the details and post it to us.  To pay by cheque please send a cheque for the total made payable to "Nature Cameras Limited".
Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving your order, however at peak periods and Christmas orders may take up to 10 days, please contact us for further information.  Delivery is via courier for larger items (bird boxes and bird tables) and via Royal Mail Special Delivery / Recorded Delivery for smaller items.  

Delivery is included for all orders over £65, however delivery to outlying regions on items weighing more than 2kg (e.g. bird boxes, bird tables, etc.) are subject to a £15 delivery  surcharge, i.e.:

Scottish postcodes: AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78 PH4-44, PH49-50, ZE, Northern Ireland: BT, Isle of Man: IM, Channel Islands

 

Please telephone if you have any questions regarding delivery or have any special delivery requests - e.g. identifying labels removed for gifts.
Nature Cameras Guarantee
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 7 days and as long as the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging we will refund the cost of goods less out going delivery charges within 30 days. We will only be liable for return delivery costs if the goods have been returned to us because they are faulty.
