| Distance
Selling Regulation 2000 |
| Nature
Cameras Limited adheres to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000,
which state that from the time the order is placed up until seven
working days from the "day after" the day the goods are
received, the consumer has the right to cancel the order. A refund
of the cost of goods less out going delivery charges (currently
£10) will be made by us
within 30 days of cancellation. We will request that unused goods,
in
their original packaging, are returned at the customers cost. This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer. We regret that refunds cannot be made for equipment
that shows evidence of having been used.
Please Note : We
cannot offer refunds on custom made products unless they are faulty.

| Complaints |
| Our policy
is to respond to all complaints within 2 working days at the latest.
In practice we normally respond on the same day. Please be sure to
supply us with full contact details if communicating by email. We
keep customers fully informed throughout the process regarding the
time it will take to resolve the complaint and the course of action
we are taking. All our contact details can be found in the
